Saturday, September 29, 2018 -100th Anniversary celebration of the hamlet of Alcomdale. Potluck meal. Children's poster competition, some old-time fun and games. No admission, just bring a main or side dish for our Potluck Meal.
Hall opens @ 3:00 p.m. with displays and maps on the history of Alcomdale. We welcome more submissions, so please bring anything you may have that we can display.
Family activities outdoors depending on the weather - come prepared to participate!
Potluck supper will be served at 5:00. Please bring a dish to share, disposable containers preferred to avoid confusion after the event.
There will be a short presentation after supper, with the festivities wrapping up at about 7:00.
Children's poster competition - Have your child any age make a poster showcasing anything from Alcomdale in the last 100 years. All submitted posters will be displayed. Please include artist's name and age and if necessary, a description of the picture.

Monday, November 12, 2018 - Regular Community League Meeting followed by Annual General Meeting. New members or interested persons of the community are welcome. Snacks will be served.
